Refund Policy

At Lumera Technologies Inc. we want you to be happy with Lumera StockFlow. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original order date, no questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

Our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, processes all refunds on our behalf. You can request a refund in either of the following ways:

  • Visit paddle.net and use the order reference from your purchase receipt; or
  • Email us at support@mylumera.net and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel before your renewal date via the in-app billing portal. Renewal charges fall outside the 30-day money-back window above, but we will always review reasonable refund requests for renewals — for example if you cancelled but were charged due to a billing issue. 4. Free trials

Free trials are, as the name suggests, free. No charge is made during a trial and no refund is required to end one — simply do not subscribe at the end of the trial.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will almost always resolve a legitimate concern faster and more easily than the chargeback process.
